I've lost the Download Area to my purchase, what should I do?

Don't worry - all you have to do is send an e-mail to contact@individualogist.com or speak with any one of our Support Agents and we'll have it sent to you immediately!

Do provide us with the e-mail address that you used to purchase your product, as well as your order ID. This will speed up the process and allow us to verify your purchase before providing you with your Download Area :)
