Submitting a refund request is as simple as dropping an e-mail to contact@individualogist.com. Please mention 'Refund Request' in the subject to ensure we don't miss it out!

If you would absolutely like to proceed with requesting for a refund, please provide us with the following information that you used during the checkout process:

1. Your name

2. Your e-mail (used during the purchase)

3. Your order ID (this was e-mailed to you in a receipt)

4. The name of the product you would like to refund

Providing us with this information will allow us to process your refund faster than usual. After submitting your refund, you will hear back from us in 1 to 2 working days.

IMPORTANT: Do note that monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You are, however, able to cancel your subscription at any time before your next cycle of billing.
