Turnaround All orders are processed for fulfillment within 48 hours after being placed between Monday and Friday, from 8am to 5pm (GMT+8). Am I able to submit a refund for subscription-based products?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for subscriptions. All billing cycles that have already been paid and processed are non-refundable. You are, however, free to cancel your subscription at any point in time. This will prevent you from being billed during your next billing cycle. To cancel your subscription, all you have to do is get in touch with us at contact@individualogist.com, click on the live chat bubble at the bottom and we'll guide you through the cancellation process!

What if I want a refund after the 60 days?

Unfortunately, we are unable to issue you a refund after the 60-day duration. The reason for this is to minimize the number of customers abusing our guarantee. However, if you truly are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can always get in touch with us at contact@individualogist.com and we'll certainly do our best to enhance your experience with us.

How long will my refund take to process?

Upon receipt of your refund request, your refund will take approximately 3 to 5 working days to be fully processed. This estimated duration is limited to purchases made online through PayPal or Stripe. There are rare instances where this might take slightly longer.
