I have not received my purchase, what now?

As soon as a purchase is made, an automated e-mail containing your link to the Download Area for your purchase is sent to your e-mail inbox.

There are a number of possibilities that you did not receive that e-mail. Your e-mail service provider might have flagged it as Spam, or even blocked it.

Of course, not to worry. All you have to do is send in an e-mail to contact@individualogist.com and we'll have that sorted out for you. Please do provide us with the e-mail address that you used for your purchase, as well as your order ID.
