Turnaround
All orders are processed for fulfillment within 48 hours after being placed between Monday and Friday, from 8am to 5pm (GMT+8). Your order should be scheduled for dispatch in the next few days.
Carriers
We use USPS as our carrier to deliver most of our orders internationally. If USPS does not deliver to your country, we will opt for an alternative carrier that offers a similar or faster shipping duration at our discretion.
Order Tracking
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, your order will be updated with the tracking number and other additional information for you to track the status of your shipment.
International Shipping Disclaimer
Import duties, taxes, tariff, customs clearance charges, brokerage fees, etc. are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the product cost and transportation fee for your order. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost – charges vary around the world. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
Cancellation Policy
Your order can only be cancelled within 48 hours after your order is placed. If 48 hours have passed since your order was placed, OR if your order is already dispatched, you will not be able to cancel or make any amendments to your order.
